Where We Ship
Moissara ships internationally to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
We do not currently offer shipping within India.
Shipping Cost
All orders include free worldwide shipping. No minimum order value required.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days
- Australia: 8–14 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the ring is:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In its original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a ring for a different size. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Moissara ring is backed by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, including stone setting issues and structural faults. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
