About Moissanite

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a gemstone originally discovered in a meteor crater. Today it is lab-created, making it an ethical and sustainable alternative to diamond. It is nearly as hard as diamond (9.25 on the Mohs scale vs diamond's 10) and has even greater brilliance and fire.

How does moissanite compare to diamond?

Moissanite is visually indistinguishable from diamond to the naked eye. It has a higher refractive index, meaning it produces more sparkle. It is also significantly more affordable and entirely conflict-free.

What quality of moissanite do you use?

All Moissara rings feature D color, VVS1 clarity moissanite — the highest grade available. D color means completely colourless. VVS1 means virtually flawless.

About Our Rings

What metal do you use?

All our rings are made in 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. Rhodium plating adds a bright white finish and protects against tarnish and scratches.

Will the ring tarnish?

Rhodium-plated sterling silver is highly resistant to tarnish. With normal care — avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged water exposure — your ring will maintain its finish for years.

Do you offer gold or rose gold options?

Not at this time. We currently offer sterling silver only, which we believe best complements the brilliance of moissanite.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We do not currently ship within India.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All orders include free worldwide shipping, no minimum required.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
